Chapter 11 Bankruptcies
Out of the nine chapters of bankruptcy, chapter 11 deals with corporate bankruptcies and provides them with reorganization and liquidation for debtors. The framework for a Chapter 11 bankruptcy consists of policies such as “rehabilitation of the debtor” and “equality of treatment of creditors”. It also includes structural components like principal actors, their tools, powers and limitations.
