If you filed bankruptcy in Riverside, California, the 341 Meeting (or Meeting of Creditors) will be held in one of two places. Most 341 Meetings are held at the Riverside Bankruptcy Courthouse located on 3420 12th street, Riverside, CA 92501. The meetings are located in Room 100A or 100B. If you arrive early enough, there is free public parking directly across from the courthouse. The other location is at the US Trustee’s Office on Main Street. The address is 3685 Main St., Riverside CA 92501. Free parking is not readily available although there is space on the streets as well as a paid lot behind the trustee’s office. When attending the 341 hearing, the debtor must remember to bring both a current photo id and a social security card. If you do not have a social security card, you may obtain proof of social security number from the social security office or provide an original W2, 1099, or other government-issued identification with your social security number (i.e. Medicare card). If your driver’s license is no longer current, you must go to the DMV for a temporary ID in order to proceed with the 341 hearing. Failure to bring those may result in a dismissal or delay in obtaining a discharge.
